The ASHI Experience
The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), founded in 1976, is North America's oldest and largest professional society of home inspectors. ASHI provides inspectors with professional guidelines and codes of ethics, by which I adhere. ASHI also requires inspectors to submit completed reports for review by their peers; thus insuring that I am providing our clients with professional quality reports. Continuing education, product knowledge and testing by ASHI further insure that the reports I deliver are the best in the industry.
After all, it's your reputation that's on the line.

On Site Report Delivery
Clients receive their reports on site at the end of the inspection. They do not have to wait for the report to be e-mailed or faxed to them. The only exception to this is out of town clients; however, if they have an e-mail address, they will still get the report the same business day. The report also contains a summary section and report review which insures they know the condition of their new home or business.

Affiliations
As a proud member of the Pinellas County Board of Realtors, I possess an electronic lock box key. This allows me to gain entry and inspect vacant homes, which provides you more flexibility in your daily schedule. I also belong to the Upper Tampa Bay Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Quality Business Network of Tampa Bay.

Coverage
Even though my office is located in Palm Harbor, Florida, I cover the entire Tampa Bay Area, including Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, Hernando, Citrus and Manatee Counties on a weekly basis. I have clients from Key West to New York City. Geography is not a challenge. Regardless of the clients location, call me and I can make it happen.

Professional Image and Credibility
As a ASHI certified inspector, the reports I present lend credibility and stature to your image. In an effort to spend time with the clients so they feel comfortable about their new home purchase, I only schedule two inspections on a daily basis. This allows me the time to thoroughly inspect each home. Finally, I present a professional image; I am punctual, detail oriented and always exceed expectations.
