 Regardless of the age of the home you are considering, it is always wise to have a professional inspection. Brad Garey Home Inspections, Inc. can also assist you in maintaining the health of your new home. A professional inspection may prevent costly future repairs by identifying problems early, while they are still minor. A thorough examination will be conducted to detect any potential systems or components requiring attention. At the end of the inspection, you will be presented with a detailed custom bound manual, and the report will be thoroughly explained to you and all of your questions answered.

Reports are available in a variety of formats to accommodate your needs.

 Electronic Reports

The standard report is computer generated and printed on site. This includes a CD so the client can reproduce or e-mail copies of the report as needed.

Out of Town Clients

Receive immediate results as well.  The inspection report is e-mailed to them immediately following the inspection.  The report manual is then mailed to them via U.S. Postal Service priority mail.

Handwritten Home Inspections

For the client who prefers a handwritten report, these are also available.  The report manual comes standard in NCR 4 part format, so that the client ends up with multiple copies.  This allows them to distribute copies of their report based upon their needs or preferences.

Video Inspection Reports

A video inspection provides a "Virtual Tour" of the home. This is critical for those clients unable to attend the inspection in person. Video inspections are critical when reporting any specific challenges such as a pipe that is leaking water.

All reports provide a summary section to simplify the findings of the inspection.

Detailed inspections usually take 3 to 4 hours or longer, depending on the age and size of the home. You are encouraged to schedule the inspection at your convenience so you are present during the process.  This allows your questions to be answered while still at the inspection site.  It is always better to see things through the inspector’s eyes.
